Securing your date/ payment

 

 

A minimum booking of 4 people per Bridal party or a minimum of 2 for both Hair & Make-up

 

Extra charges applicable for single Bride bookings

 

Please respect that Abbie works on her own and can only do a certain amount of people on the day. It is your responsibility to make arrangements for another artist if needs be.

 

A quotation is only valid for 7 days

A Booking Fee of £60 followed by a confirmation email from Abbie is required to secure the date of your booking. the booking fee is then taken off the total cost on the day.

The Booking Fee cannot be refunded if for any circumstance the wedding cannot go ahead, you decide to cancel, or has been moved to another date - this is to cover our administration costs in dealing with your enquiry

Dates cannot be reserved unless a booking fee has been paid

 

The remainder of the payment must be paid in full up to 24 hours prior to the booking. Bacs is preferred, or cash on the day.

 

If time allows and you wish to add an extra person on the day, this must be paid by cash on the day, or I unfortunately will not be able to carry out the service.

Travel

Travel cost of 45p per mile from my base (SA14), and return.

 

Road distances are calculated using google maps, and the most accessible route will be chosen.

 

If I do require an assistant for hair prep, (with your approval) Travel must be paid for both myself and assistant.

 

Accommodation is required for travel over an hour from my base (SA14), with an early start (If discussed with client)

Client responsibility

​

 

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Abbie of any potential issues such as medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities.

​

Abbie cannot be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the Client if the Client has not informed Abbie of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Client at the time of the service

Company responsibility

​

 

Circumstance beyond Abbie's control such as illness or delayed at short notice, will be dealt with as soon as possible and alternative arrangements will be made.

 

If for any reason Abbie cannot attend due to Illness, Abbie will attempt to find an alternative artist and a Full refund will be made.

Cancellation policy

​

 

Cancellations are only valid if received via email: Abbielewishmua@outlook.com

​

Cancellations by the Client for a wedding service that are received less than 4 weeks before the date of the wedding will incur the full cost of the booking.

 

Cancellations for services where travel/accommodation have been paid for by the company will require full reimbursement from the client

Additional details

​

 

Maximum time allocation for trials are 1 hour and a half, any additional time required will need to be booked as a repeat trial.

 

Repeat trials remain the same fee as the first

 

Lashes are complimentary, there is no deduction in cost if a member of the bridal party decline this.

 

Make-up application for flower girls and bridesmaids under 12 are complimentary. This includes gloss on the lips, blush and sparkle on the eyes, any more than this, the full bridesmaid price will apply.
